The Solution Focused Approach is renowned for being an approach the focuses on the client’s future, but did you know we also use this approach to go into the past? If you were impressed by SFBT’s impact when focused forward, you should see what happens when the focus is in the past. In this video I explain.

There are jewels. Finding them without getting in problem focused can be a struggle.

Yes, it can be a struggle but stick with it. The rewards make it worth it!

I love this approach and appreciate these videos as reminders of how to remain Solution Focused, whether past, present, or future. I often stay Solution Focused for most of my sessions and find that I have strayed back to problem question for a time. These videos are helping me to stay Solution Focused for longer periods!

Jesse, that makes doing these videos so worth while. Thank you so much for sharing them!
