The Most Challenging Session I Ever Did and How it Changed My Life

In the beginning of my psychotherapy career, I was lucky enough to get a job where I could start seeing clients right away. It was mostly working with adolescents and their families, one family in particular, stands out as the most challenging session I ever did. However, like many challenging situations, making it through impacted me. In fact, my life has not been the same due to working with this family.
